Cement

MasterFlow 870 is a precision grout of natural aggregates that does not shrink with very high initial strength and caterpillar. MasterFlow 870 is usually placed in flowable consistency to fully fill the gap between 10mm and 100mm.

MasterFlow 870 is used for all precision and non-shrinking grouting applications with 10mm to 100mm clearances, including:

Baseplates, soleplates & important equipment columns

Prefabricated wall panels, beams, columns, structural building members and curtain walls

Patches are poured in place of concrete structures, such as beehives, using preplaced aggregate techniques

Underlying

Application of concrete repairs where form and pour material is needed

Application that requires high initial compressive strength and ultimate high compressive strength

Does not add chloride - does not add to the chloride structure load

Code compliance - meets the requirements of non-shrink ASTM C1090 and CRD-C 621, Engineer Corps Specifications for Non Shrink Grout; provide complete non-shrink performance when tested according to the simulated Bedplate Technique; tested with the requirements of AS1478.2 "Method of sampling and testing of concrete mixing, mortar and grout".
